How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us with a tracking number with which you can check the status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to be available.
If you have not received your order within 8 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@bugasalt.eu with your name and order number and we will look into it.
If your order arrives damaged in any way
Please email us at support@bugasalt.eu With your order number and a photo of the condition of the item. We are treating these on a case-by-case basis, but will do our best to work toward a satisfactory resolution.
