Right of Withdrawal

As per EU regulations, Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days without providing any reason. To exercise this right, customers must inform the Vendor in writing (e.g., via letter or email) within the 14-day period.

Return Shipping Cost

Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs when returning products.  

Reimbursement Amount

Customers are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid, including the original delivery costs, unless a more expensive shipping method was chosen by the Customer. If not all parts of an order are returned, the Vendor will reimburse the Customer for a proportional amount of the original delivery cost.

Reimbursement Timeframe

Refunds will be issued within 14 days after the Vendor receives the Customer's withdrawal decision.

How to Withdraw

To initiate a return, Customers must inform the Vendor in writing, either by using the provided withdrawal form or composing a clear message. Refusing delivery or returning an item without declaration is insufficient, unless the Vendor accepts or suggests this method.

Return Process

Customers must send back the order within 14 days of informing the Vendor about their decision to withdraw, unless the vendor agrees to pick up the items. It is the Customer's responsibility to verify the correct return address, check if the Vendor provides a return shipping label, and package items securely. We recommend taking photos of the items before returning them for documentation purposes.
